Content goals must match up with the technology used, and sometimes this is difficult. Also, a computer and matching up certain things cannot possibly be perfectly accurate. The student's personal and individual needs must be addressed.
The main idea of the article is that Technology and content and pedagogy can be matched up to find the best possible activities using technology to be used.
Integration is what will be focused on by the teacher in deciding what content-based activities to do.
It is important that a teacher understands what a certain activity will teach a student. Because a lot of the time, school time is wasted on activities that don't focus on the content goals.
